Richard Almeida, BScA, EA
Richard is a Principal with our firm and has passed the Enrolled Agents (EA) exam with the IRS. The EA allows him to discuss client issues with the IRS without the client being present. He began work with the firm in 2008. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Management at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2007.
Richard not only helps with meetings with clients and reviews of complex individual, partnership, corporate, and estate and trust tax returns, and also assists with the one-time filing of Form 706 Estate Tax Return after someone's death, sometimes for the benefit of "porting" the estate exemption over to the surviving spouse. He has calculated partnership basis, both the inside and outside basis, and assisted with the sale of several corporations.
Richard was born and brought up in India and moved to Texas in 2003. He is friendly, loyal, and goal-oriented. He enjoys cricket and meeting new people from different cultures. Richard is married with two children.

James Zalaznik, MSA, EA
James is a Principal with our firm as well as the Marketing Director. He has passed the Enrolled Agents (EA) exam given by the IRS. He joined the firm in 2013 and received an undergraduate degree in business administration from St. Edwards University in 2013, as well as his Master of Science in Accountancy from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017.
In addition to assisting with meetings with clients and review of individual, partnership, estate, and corporate trust and estate tax returns, James is responsible for managing all the firm's marketing campaigns and materials, including maintaining the website.
James collects vintage corkscrews in his spare time and is one of the world's foremost experts on the subject.

Tin Pham, EA
Tin is a Tax Associate who joined the firm in July 2024. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas, Tin assists with preparing individual, trust, partnership, corporation, and estate returns. Tin has passed all 3 parts of the Enrolled Agents exam with the IRS, showing he is seriously interested in the income tax area.
Originally from Vietnam, Tin moved to Texas in 2013. Known for his outgoing nature and strong communication skills, he is always ready to help. In his free time, Tin enjoys going to the gym, competing in small soccer and football 7v7 leagues, and traveling.

Priscilla Martinez
Priscilla is a Staff Accountant who began working with the firm in December 2025. She completed her undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of North Texas. She is currently studying to pursue her CPA, with plans to return to school in the fall semester.
Outside of the office, Priscilla enjoys reading, attending local art shows and festivals, spending quality time with her two sons, and staying active through running.

David Zalaznik, BBA
David is our IT manager. He is in charge of all of our software and equipment purchases. David maintains the integrity of our network and database. He has been in charge of these areas of the firm since 1989. David attended Georgia Tech and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
